On July 2nd, Mr. Tran Cong Dung - Chairman of Nhan Co Commune People's Committee (Lam Dong) said that a serious traffic accident between a truck and a motorbike had just occurred in the area, killing 1 person and injuring 2 others.
According to initial information, at about 3 am on the same day, a truck with license plate 50E-483.60 driven by Mr. Vi Minh Hao (residing in Dak Sak commune, Lam Dong province) was traveling on the Ho Chi Minh road in the direction from Dong Nai province to Dak Lak province.
When reaching Km1917+100 of the Ho Chi Minh road, the truck collided with a motorbike with license plate 49D1-330.02 carrying 3 people traveling in the opposite direction.
The strong collision killed 1 person on the motorbike on the spot. The other two were injured and were taken to the hospital for emergency treatment by functional forces and people.
Immediately after receiving the news, functional forces were present at the scene to rescue, divert traffic, examine the scene and investigate the cause of the accident.
Currently, functional agencies are continuing to verify the identities of the victims and clarify the cause of the accident.
