On July 2nd, the Ministry of Justice organized a conference to summarize judicial work in the first 6 months of 2026 and deploy work in the last 6 months of the year.
The conference is organized in a direct combined online form (including central bridge points - main bridge points and bridge points in 34 provinces and cities).
Mr. Hoang Thanh Tung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Minister of Justice - chaired the conference.
Information from the Ministry of Justice said that in the context of the number of cases and money to be enforced increasing sharply compared to the same period last year, many "major cases" with particularly large enforcement values, the number of parties up to tens of thousands of people, assets scattered in many localities... the entire Civil Judgment Enforcement System (THADS) has made efforts and achieved remarkable positive results, the results of judgment enforcement still maintain the same stability as the same period last year.
Results of THADS for 8 months from October 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026, regarding: 350,323 cases have been enforced, reaching a rate of 58.43% compared to the same period in 2025; regarding money: more than 117,000 billion VND has been enforced (up 40.53%) compared to the same period in 2025; reaching a rate of 31.11% (up 4.44%) compared to the same period in 2025.
The results of asset recovery in corruption and economic cases achieved encouraging results with more than 6,000 billion VND recovered.
In addition, administrative procedure reform (TTHC) is being implemented synchronously and rapidly, creating clear changes in serving people and businesses.
Immediately after receiving the task of state management of administrative procedure reform from the Government Office, the Ministry of Justice urgently coordinated with ministries and sectors to comprehensively review administrative procedures.
In less than 1 month, the Ministry of Justice, together with ministries and ministerial-level agencies, has launched a "campaign" to comprehensively review the administrative procedure system, advising the Government to issue 11 resolutions on decentralization, decentralization, reduction, and simplification of administrative procedures, business conditions (ĐKKD), conditional investment and business lines, and issued 16 circulars under its authority to implement decentralization, reduction, and simplification of administrative procedures and business conditions; thereby reducing 697 administrative procedures, simplifying 673 administrative procedures, and cutting 1,754 unnecessary business conditions.
The appraisal of legal normative documents continues to be improved in quality, contributing to ensuring constitutionality, legality, unity of the legal system, and limiting overlaps and contradictions in legal regulations.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the overcoming of the situation of slow issuance of detailed regulations and guidelines for the implementation of laws and resolutions of the National Assembly is being implemented drastically with many breakthrough solutions.
