For the "Green Library for Children" program: The Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association will mobilize social resources to build at least 50 "Green Library for Children" in localities and school units with difficulties.
For the program "Each mountainous commune - A sustainable poverty escape point": The two sides will conduct a pilot in a residential area/commune in a difficult mountainous area of Da Nang on production - trade - start-up linkage.
The Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association focuses on supporting the output of agricultural/ctional products, incubation, and startup consulting. Improving quality standards, packaging, traceability and digital transformation at the household/HTX scale to increase income helps ethnic minorities change their thinking style, working style, and rising out of poverty sustainably.
To ensure effectiveness, the two sides committed to agreeing to develop an annual detailed plan, regularly exchanging information, checking, supervising and evaluating the results.
