On May 8, 2026, the State Securities Inspectorate (State Securities Commission) issued Decision No. 228/QD-XPHC on sanctioning administrative violations against Beta Securities Joint Stock Company.
According to the decision, Beta Securities Joint Stock Company is subject to the main penalty form of a fine for two specific violations:
First: A fine of VND 187,500,000 for violations of lending restrictions. Specifically, at some times in 2024 and 2025, the Company has lent to a number of individuals through the form of advance payment (capital allocation).
Second: A fine of 175,000,000 VND for the act of reporting incorrect content. The Company has reported inaccurately about the financial safety ratio at the times: May 31, 2024, July 31, 2024, September 30, 2025 and October 30, 2025.
The total fine amount for Beta Securities Joint Stock Company is 362,500,000 VND.
Besides the fine, the Company is also subject to a remedial measure of being forced to report accurate information for the act of reporting incorrect content. This measure is implemented according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 43 of Decree 156/2020/ND-CP (amended and supplemented according to the provisions of Point c, Clause 34, Article 1 of Decree 128/2021/ND-CP).
