Thanks to the advantage of geographical location and convenient transportation system with many arterial roads passing through, Hung Nhan Industrial Cluster (CCN), located in Long Hung commune, Hung Yen province, is becoming a destination attracting investors inside and outside the province.
With a total area of 44 hectares, Hung Nhan CCN has attracted 20 secondary investors mainly in the fields of: garment, electronics, jewelry production, toys and mechanics, reaching a occupancy rate of 100% of the planned area.
According to the plan, by 2027, all enterprises in the IC will simultaneously go into production operation, expected to create stable jobs for more than 4,000 workers, contributing to promoting industrial development, labor structure transformation and improving socio-economics in localities and neighboring areas.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Ninh Viet Sy - Director of Management Consulting - Supervision of Hung Nhan Industrial Cluster - said: "Regarding the wastewater treatment system and wastewater treatment station, we have completed and been granted an environmental permit for all three stages.
Infrastructure, electricity, water, transportation, rainwater drainage, and wastewater drainage are also complete. Investors when entering Hung Nhan CCN have strict selection; almost 100% of investors are only allowed to use electrical and gas surfaces, not using coal in the production process”.

Mr. Sy also shared more about the impact on the local labor market: "The industrial cluster solves jobs for many people. Initially, the labor scale was expected to be about 4-5,000 people, but after the process of attracting secondary investors, the actual scale is only about 2,500-3,000 workers, due to some factories applying automation, reducing labor capacity.
Hung Nhan IC not only contributes to economic development, but also improves the quality of technical infrastructure of Long Hung commune, while creating stable job opportunities for local people.
The strict planning and investment management along with a modern infrastructure system are considered a competitive advantage to help this industrial cluster attract sustainable investors, towards the goal of developing green, safe and environmentally friendly industries.
Experts assess that, with the roadmap to complete infrastructure and put it into synchronous operation, Hung Nhan IC will become a model in combining investment attraction, local economic development and environmental protection, contributing to the shift in labor structure and improving the quality of life in rural suburban areas.
