Of which, the expected scale of industrial land is 41.98 ha, technical infrastructure is 0.74 ha, public land is 1.75 ha and green land is 7.3 ha. The total investment of the project is about 915 billion VND.
The total land area recovered for the project is 59.6 ha. In the second quarter of 2026, the site clearance project is 29.8 ha, the total number of households is 380 households with a total estimated compensation and support amount of 170 billion VND.
