On May 6, Dak Lak 2-9 Coffee Import-Export Company Limited (under the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee) and EDE Farm Service Trading Company Limited (MISS EDE) officially completed packaging 3,600 packages of finished roasted and ground coffee. This batch of goods will be exported to Korea.
This is a shipment of Vietnamese branded roasted and ground products produced entirely in Dak Lak, demonstrating the convergence of state and private resources in the strategy of enhancing the value of Vietnamese coffee.
The cargo is expected to arrive at Busan port (South Korea) on May 17. Thereby, promptly serving trade and cultural promotion events in Korea.
Mr. Hoang Danh Huu - Founder of MISS EDE said: "This export is not only a step forward in trade, but also a clear demonstration of the effective exploitation of bilateral free trade agreements. Thereby, businesses enjoy tax exemption incentives when bringing finished coffee to Korea".
"The presence of Dak Lak coffee at food and coffee fairs in Korea is a smart strategy. Thereby, opening up opportunities to approach local distributors and consumers effectively," Mr. Huu added.
