The SSC confirmed that Dien May Xanh became a public company after the IPO raising more than 13, 315 billion VND, lower than the plan by nearly 1,045 billion VND.

Dien May Xanh becomes a public company

On July 10, the State Securities Commission confirmed that Dien May Xanh Investment Joint Stock Company has completed the registration of a public company.

According to the management agency, based on the report on the results of the initial public offering of shares on June 30, 2026, Dien May Xanh successfully carried out the offering and became a public company from July 3, 2026 according to the provisions of the Securities Law.

In the IPO, Dien May Xanh successfully distributed 166,438,500 shares at a price of 80,000 VND/share, collecting more than 13,315 billion VND before deducting issuance costs.

However, this figure is lower than the initial plan. The enterprise registered to offer 179,500,400 shares, expected to raise more than 14,360 billion VND. Thus, Dien May Xanh still has more than 13.06 million shares that are not distributed, equivalent to about 7.28% of the shares offered for sale.

The actual amount mobilized was lower than expected by nearly 1,045 billion VND. The proportion of shares distributed reached about 92.72%.

Before the issuance, Dien May Xanh had more than 1.101 billion shares outstanding. After successfully issuing more than 1664 million shares, the company's charter capital increased from more than 11,012 billion VND to about 12,677 billion VND.

Calculated at the offering price of 80,000 VND/share, the number of shares after IPO corresponding to the valuation level is about 101,418 billion VND.

IPO money is mainly used to pay off bank debts

A noteworthy point, according to the plan in the prospectus, the entire amount expected to be collected after deducting expenses is allocated to pay short-term loans at 7 credit institutions.

According to the prospectus, the enterprise plans to spend 3,990 billion VND to pay loans at Vietcombank; 2,240 billion VND at Mizuho Bank; 2,150 billion VND at HSBC Vietnam and 1,990 billion VND at MB.

Dien May Xanh is expected to pay VND 1,410 billion at BIDV, VND 1,550 billion at Citibank and more than VND 1,030 billion at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.

The total value of loans expected to be paid is more than 14,360 billion VND, corresponding to the case where the enterprise distributes all the offered shares.

According to Dien May Xanh, short-term loans at 7 banks are used to supplement working capital, serving the payment of contracts to purchase goods and services for suppliers. The term of each disbursement usually ranges from 3 to 6 months, loans are rotated continuously according to the business's goods trading activities.

Therefore, the loan balance at each bank may change at different times and the amount expected to be paid from IPO capital does not reflect the entire value of loans incurred in the year. Dien May Xanh said that according to the business plan for 2026, revenue is expected to increase by 11.9% compared to 2025, leading to a corresponding increase in demand for working capital.

In case the mobilized capital is not enough for the plan, the Board of Directors is allowed to decide to use equity, adjust the progress of capital use, and mobilize additional loans or capital from strategic shareholders and other partners.

2025 profit increases by more than 56%

Although the IPO money was used to pay off loans, Dien May Xanh's business results still recorded growth in the most recent year.

According to the prospectus, in 2025, the enterprise achieved over 109. 479 billion VND in net revenue, an increase of 17.3% compared to 2024. Pre-tax profit reached over 7, 268 billion VND, an increase of 53.1%.

After-tax profit reached nearly 5,802 billion VND, an increase of 56.1% compared to the previous year.

In the first quarter of 2026 alone, Dien May Xanh recorded nearly VND 32,542 billion in net revenue and more than VND 2,218 billion in after-tax profit.

As of March 31, 2026, the enterprise's total assets reached more than 57.327 billion VND. Liabilities were more than 37.307 billion VND, of which short-term loan balance reached nearly 22,159 billion VND.
