Civil Judgment Enforcement (THADS) of Ho Chi Minh City has just issued a decision to reduce prices for 3 assets, which are yachts and luxury passenger ships of Ms. Truong My Lan. The price reduction is aimed at finding customers after previous auctions failed. The price adjustment is implemented according to the principle of simultaneous 5% reduction compared to the starting price of the adjacent previous auction because no one participated in bidding.
According to Decision No. 407/QD-THADS of THADS HCMC, the most valuable asset put up for auction in this phase is a yacht named The Reverie Saigon. This is a luxury yacht model in blue and white tones, manufactured in France in 2018.
In the previous adjacent sale, this yacht had a starting price of more than 49.2 billion VND. In the latest decision, the starting price was adjusted down by 5%, down to more than 46.8 billion VND (equivalent to a decrease of about 2.4 billion VND). Currently, this asset is anchored at Tam Son yacht wharf, Swan Bay area - Dai Phuoc Island (Dong Nai province).
Besides the luxury yacht, 2 other passenger ships (tourism ships) of Ms. Truong My Lan are also continuing to be discounted. Specifically, the THALIA ship (white, manufactured in Poland in 2017) with an initial starting price of more than 4.85 billion VND is now reduced to more than 4.6 billion VND.
Similarly, the ELECTRA ship with the same technical specifications, year of manufacture and origin as the THALIA ship was also adjusted down by 5% of the starting price, down to more than 4.6 billion VND. Both of these ships are currently anchored and stored at the Vinhomes Central Park urban area wharf (HCMC).
It is known that previously on January 20, 2026, these assets had undergone the first price reduction because they could not be successfully liquidated. This is the group of assets of Ms. Truong My Lan that were seized by the Investigation Police Agency - Ministry of Public Security from November 2023 to ensure judgment enforcement obligations in the case occurring at Van Thinh Phat Group.
