Cao Bang - In 2026, the local military handover ceremony is honored to welcome General Phan Van Giang to attend.

On the morning of March 4, at Km5 Square, Thuc Phan ward, Cao Bang province, General Phan Van Giang - Member of the Politburo, Minister of National Defense - and the working delegation of the Ministry of National Defense attended the troop handover ceremony at troop handover point No. 3 organized by Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee.

Also attending the ceremony were Mr. Phan Thang An - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Le Hai Hoa - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

This year, Cao Bang organized 4 troop receiving points. For point No. 3, the Nguyen Binh Area 3 Defense Command (Nguyen Binh commune) has citizens from 16 communes and wards enlisting for military service and the obligation to participate in the People's Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Hai Hoa acknowledged and praised the pioneering spirit of outstanding young volunteers enlisting in the army.

At the same time, he highly appreciated the synchronous and serious involvement of all levels and sectors in military recruitment work; the consensus and support of the people, contributing to ensuring the completion of targets, on time, and in accordance with regulations, and the quality of new recruits has been improved in terms of health, morality and political bravery.

Emphasizing that the military and police environment is a "big school" for training and growth, provincial leaders requested new recruits to quickly integrate into the unit, strictly comply with discipline, actively study and train, and complete all assigned tasks well.

On behalf of the enlisted youths, new recruit Hoang Trung Kien (Tan Giang ward) expressed his honor to contribute his youth to protecting the Fatherland. Kien affirmed that he will strive to study, train, and constantly improve, worthy of the trust of his family and homeland.

On this occasion, General Phan Van Giang and the working delegation of the Ministry of National Defense and provincial leaders presented flowers and encouraged the new recruits before leaving for duty.

Previously, many localities across the country such as Ho Chi Minh City also completed preparations, ready for the enlistment day with the enthusiastic spirit and high determination of youth.
