The National Competition Commission (Ministry of Industry and Trade) has just issued a notice to fine First First Company Limited for unfair competition.

The penalty is stated in Decision No. 48/QD-CT of the National Competition Commission (NCC). Accordingly, the first-time administrative penalty in the field of competition against First- Firm Company Limited (Enterprise code: 01019893927 first issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on June 27, 2006) was 200 million VND for providing confusing information to customers.

Products that provide confusing information to customers include: Lenka cleanser, First First toothbrush, First First throat spray, First First Kid throat spray... to attract customers from other businesses that violate the provisions of Point a, Clause 5, Article 45 of the Competition Law.

During the investigation, Nhat Nhat Company Limited actively coordinated to provide information and documents to the National Competition Commission; had acts to prevent and reduce the consequences of the violation.

The Nhat Nhat Co., Ltd has publicly improved information confusing customers about Lenka cleanser products, the most mouth water, the most pharyngeal spray solution, the most throat spray solution Kid ... on the website of Nhat Nhat Co., Ltd and social networking site Facebook.
