Retail gas prices by region
Recorded at 2:20 PM on May 7, the domestic gas market continued to maintain a widespread stable state as key enterprises have not adjusted retail price schedules.
In the Northern region, gas prices today in Hanoi continue to be flat. 12kg domestic gas cylinders are listed at 598.104 VND, while 48kg industrial cylinders remain unchanged at 2,392.416 VND.
Following that trend, the Hai Phong market has also not recorded new fluctuations. The current price of 12kg gas cylinders is maintained at 596,160 VND, while 48kg cylinders are listed at 2,428,704 VND.
In the Central region, the Da Nang market continued to maintain a stable pace after slight adjustments at the beginning of the month. The exchange price for 12kg gas cylinders today was maintained at 587,000 VND, while the 48kg cylinder type remained unchanged at 2,263,000 VND.
In the Southern region, the gas price level is still quite stable. In Ho Chi Minh City, the retail price of 12kg gas cylinders continues to be anchored at 592,000 VND, while the 48kg cylinder type remains unchanged at 2,364,000 VND.
Notably, Can Tho is still the locality with the most competitive prices in the market today. According to the latest price list, a 12kg domestic gas cylinder is listed at 550,000 VND, while a 48kg cylinder is maintained at 2,200,000 VND.
Retail gas prices by brand
Petrolimex gas prices today in Hanoi continue to maintain a stable state when 12kg cylinders are listed at 598.104 VND, while 48kg cylinders are kept at the threshold of 2,392.416 VND. The price level did not record new fluctuations compared to the previous session, prolonging the "sideways" trend in the first days of May.
Similarly, the SAIGON PETRO brand has also not adjusted the retail price list. Currently, the company's 12kg gas cylinder is listed at 654,500 VND, while the 45kg cylinder type is maintained at 2,455,000 VND. Keeping the price helps the retail market continue to maintain stability after the adjustments at the beginning of the month.
For Pacific Petro, the exchange price for 12kg gas cylinders today continues to stand still at the milestone of 670,000 VND. The 45kg cylinder of this brand also remains unchanged at 2,509,000 VND, reflecting the general stable trend of the domestic gas market.
As for PV GAS, gas prices today did not show any new fluctuations. In Hanoi, this enterprise maintained a level of 610,600 VND for 12kg cylinders and 2,289,750 VND for 45kg cylinders.
Meanwhile, in Ho Chi Minh City, PV GAS gas prices continue to be anchored at 667,081 VND for 12kg cylinders and 2,501,509 VND for 45kg cylinders, no new adjustment moves from businesses have been recorded.
