Previously, the business household Tien Pho Nui (Tra Ba ward, Pleiku city) was also handled for many violations. This establishment sells products such as honey, turmeric starch, green pepper banana powder, petroleum juice... but does not have a self-declaration of products according to regulations. Pho Nui store has been operating since 2023, mainly selling via social networks such as Facebook, TikTok... On average, this facility processes about 1,000 orders delivered to consumers nationwide per day. On the TikTok platform alone, the total number of products sold on the market has reached nearly 650,000 units.
Implementing a peak period of fighting counterfeit goods, counterfeit goods, dirty foods and environmental sanitation violations, the Department of Health of Gia Lai province has requested the Market Management force to focus on inspecting and strictly handling dairy products, health protection foods and dietary supplements.
