The purpose of the plan is to clearly define the responsibilities and enhance the role of departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and related agencies and units in participating in organizing and implementing legal support for small and medium enterprises in Khanh Hoa province; contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management by law for enterprises, improving the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI).
According to the plan, Khanh Hoa departments and branches will regularly and promptly update the province's legal documents on the National Database of Laws and the Provincial Gazette; build and upgrade the legal support column for small and medium-sized enterprises on the Electronic Information Pages of agencies, units, localities, newspapers and radio stations to post and disseminate new information on domestic law, foreign law, international law, legal risk warnings, etc.
Updating court judgments and decisions; commercial arbitration judgments and decisions; decisions on handling competition cases; decisions on handling administrative violations related to enterprises that are allowed to be made public and come into force or connected to the Electronic Information Portal to publicly disclose these documents.
Update the response documents of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and provincial People's Committees regarding legal problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of law application.
The Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, the Provincial Cooperative Union; and Khanh Hoa VCCI will be the focal points to receive legal problems and other legal clarification needs of small and medium enterprises. The focal points are responsible for forwarding requests to competent state management agencies for responses to enterprises.
