In 2025, Khanh Hoa province will reduce and simplify administrative procedures related to production and business activities, ensuring to abolish at least 30% of unnecessary business investment conditions; Reduce at least 30% of the settlement time of administrative procedures, 30% of the cost of compliance with administrative procedures.
The locality aims to 100% of administrative procedures related to businesses to be implemented online, smoothly, seamlessly, effectively, ensuring transparency, minimizing papers; 100% of administrative procedures are implemented regardless of the administrative boundaries within the provincial level; 100% of internal administrative procedures among state administrative agencies and each state administrative agency are reviewed, cut, simplified procedures ...
The plan also sets out the goal in 2026, Khanh Hoa will continue to cut and simplify 100% of the conditions for business investment unnecessary or conflict, overlapping or general, not specific and unclear regulations; Peach 100% of business investment conditions of industries and industries not on the list of conditional business investment lines and industries of the Investment Law.
Cut 50% of the time to settle administrative procedures, 50% of the cost of compliance with administrative procedures compared to 2024; 100% of administrative procedures specified in technical regulations and compulsory standards must be published, reviewed, cut and simplified; 100% of the reporting regime of the business is electronic. 100% of internal administrative procedures in each state administrative agency shall be carried out internal management on electronic environment.
From this plan, Khanh Hoa province assigned specialized agencies, Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board, localities actively implemented the plan according to the assigned tasks, determined that this is a key task in 2025 - 2026.
The heads of these agencies are responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the results of implementing this plan at the unit and locality.
