Gasoline and oil prices today 5. 4: World oil prices increase by 12.4%
World gasoline and oil prices in the past week fluctuated strongly in an upward trend. WTI oil increased from 99.64 USD/barrel to 112.06 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 12.42 USD/barrel (12.4%). Meanwhile, Brent oil increased from 105.32 USD/barrel to 109.3 USD/barrel, an increase of 3.98 USD/barrel (3.8%) compared to the previous week.
Domestically, on April 5, retail gasoline and oil prices were announced according to Petrolimex's system in regions 1 and region 2.
Regarding discounts, the preferential levels between businesses have a large difference. Business households should note: Is it mandatory to issue invoices for goods returned?
According to the provisions of Decree 123/2020/ND-CP (amended and supplemented), when goods are returned, business households are required to make invoices. Depending on the case, an adjusted invoice can be made (when the seller performs) or the buyer makes an electronic invoice to return if the two parties have an agreement. For assets that must be registered for ownership (such as cars, houses...), the buyer will be the invoice maker when returning them. In the field of insurance, fee refund/reduction is expressed in an adjusted invoice with specific reasons.
The law also clearly stipulates prohibited acts in the field of invoices and documents to ensure tax transparency. For business households, violations include: using fake invoices, fraud; obstructing tax authorities; accessing and falsifying invoice data; giving bribes or not transferring data in accordance with regulations. Lao Cai removes difficulties for tea trees, reduces dependence on the Middle East market
Lao Cai's tea industry is facing many difficulties due to the impact of conflicts in the Middle East, causing export activities to key markets such as Pakistan and Afghanistan to be disrupted, increasing consumption risks.
