Accompanying in the preparation and post-listing process
According to the agreement, Christensen Advisory will advise Meey Group on strategic communications, investor relations and financial public relations, accompanying businesses in the preparation and post-listing stages.
One of the focuses of the cooperation is to build a business story and a unified message system, thereby helping stakeholders better understand Meey Group's business model, development strategy, technology capacity and long-term prospects. The two sides also aim to improve the level of business presence with the international investor community and financial press, and at the same time improve the way information is disclosed and conveyed according to capital market practices.
Christensen Advisory is a strategic communication consulting firm for businesses in the international capital market, headquartered in Hong Kong (China). The company's operations focus on four areas including investor relations, financial public relations, strategic consulting and capital market consulting.
According to records, the company currently holds more than 40% of the market share in the group of consulting units for Asian businesses listed in the US. In the past two years, more than 40 companies listed in the US and Hong Kong (China) have switched to using the company's services. Christensen also has experience working directly with NASDAQ and NYSE in activities related to the listing ceremony, along with an office network in many financial centers to serve customers in different time zones.
This foundation of experience is expected to supplement Meey Group's in-depth perspective on how businesses position themselves, build relationships with investors and handle the specific requirements of the international capital market.
Mr. Hoang Mai Chung, Chairman of Meey Group's Board of Directors, said: "The international capital market sets very high requirements for transparency, consistency and the ability to explain business value with verifiable information. Meey Group identifies this as a capacity that needs to be prepared methodically and early. Cooperation with a unit with in-depth experience in developed markets helps us access more necessary reference standards, thereby continuing to improve the way businesses dialogue with investors and stakeholders.
Signing goes hand in hand with deploying work
After the signing ceremony, representatives of the two sides held a deployment meeting to concretize the contents of the agreement and exchange views on priority work groups.
Communication in the capital market requires intercommunication between business strategy, financial data, operating information, development orientation and how businesses present these contents to investors. The message system must therefore reflect the true nature of the business and be maintained consistently through many points of contact with the market.

For a technology company developing digital infrastructure with many products like Meey Group, building a business story also sets its own requirements. Platforms for data, digital maps, analytics and valuation, customer management or transaction connections need to be placed in a common structure to clearly show the link between technological capacity, business model and growth strategy.
Preparing for a long-term process
According to the agreement, the scope of consulting includes both the preparation and post-listing stages. This shows that investor relations activities are placed in a continuous process instead of focusing on a specific time.
Mr. Roger Hu, CEO of Christensen Advisory emphasized: "What interests us about Meey Group is the story that the business is building. The Vietnamese real estate market is being reshaped on a digital infrastructure platform, and Meey Group is participating in that process. We believe this is a story that international investors will want to learn about and accompany. For Christensen, this partnership is a long-term commitment, based on frankness, openness and responsibility from both sides.
After businesses enter the capital market, the requirement to maintain dialogue with shareholders, respond to market concerns and ensure consistency in strategy presentation will become regular requirements. The ability to organize these activities well from the preparation stage can help businesses form more professional interaction methods with investors.
With Meey Group, this agreement adds an additional layer of capacity in the process of preparing for the international capital market. In addition to consolidating the operating platform, the enterprise is gradually perfecting its investor relationship capacity, positioning the enterprise and connecting with stakeholders in the capital market. The companionship of an experienced unit in developed markets is expected to help Meey Group improve its readiness for the next development phase.
