In 2026, MIK Group officially opens a new chapter in the Southern market with Imperia Sensa Park - a high-class urban project started on August 06, 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City. The project marks the beginning of the period when businesses continue to promote their presence in the region, with an increasingly clear approach to quality of life, residents' experiences and long-term community values.
