The groundbreaking ceremony of the Forestia Park project marks the first step in realizing the urban development orientation that MIK Group shared at the "In Motion with MIK" event recently held. Forestia aims to create modern living spaces, harmonious between nature, community and human life, while continuing the cultural values that have been nurtured through many generations.
Located in My Hao ward (Hung Yen), Forestia Park has a scale of more than 283 hectares, developing product types including villas, townhouses and apartments. MIK Group chose Pho Noi because this area is playing a role as the gateway to industrial economy, logistics and high technology in the Southeast of Hanoi according to the 100-year vision of the Capital Plan. Along with the completion of inter-regional infrastructure, Pho Noi is expected to become a destination for businesses, experts and high-quality labor force, leading to the need for synchronous and modern living spaces.
For MIK Group, urban development is the process of creating living environments for people to connect, bond and develop with the community. An urban area is formed from the harmony between planning, landscape, utilities and residents' lives, thereby creating life values that are nurtured over time.

This thinking is expressed throughout the Forestia Park project planning. The entire urban area is organized according to the "urban oasis system" structure, taking water as the central landscape axis, connecting functional sub-areas with the park system, community space and continuous pedestrian routes. About 20% of the project area is reserved for green trees, water and parks, contributing to creating a balance between nature and urban space.
Forestia Park inherits the spirit of life that has been nurtured through many generations in Vietnamese culture, from closeness to nature to the need for meetings and connections between people in the community. These values are conveyed into project planning through the central lake surface system, open spaces for squares, commercial streets and common living areas, creating a living environment close and harmonious with modern rhythms.

To realize that orientation, MIK Group accompanies international partners in many fields. Gensler is in charge of high-rise architectural design consulting; Design Worldwide Partnership (DWP) is in charge of low-rise architectural design; COEN Design International is in charge of landscape design; Turner Construction participates in project management, contributing to ensuring progress, quality and implementation standards.
The companionship of partners helps MIK Group realize the Forestia philosophy, from creating harmonious living spaces between nature, culture and community to ensuring the quality and implementation standards of the project, so that the value of the place is nurtured over time.

Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, MIK Group also officially put the Forestia Park Sales Office into operation in the urban area. This space helps customers access the first information about the planning, products and development orientation of the project, and at the same time have initial feelings about the spirit that Forestia pursues.
The commencement of the Forestia Park project and putting the Sales Office into operation opens the path to realizing an urban area formed from the connection between cultural values, modern planning thinking and the living needs of modern people. Over time, everyday experiences, meetings and the attachment of the residential community will create the unique identity of the Forestia Park urban area.
