Some customers said that this year, they are more proactive in choosing the time to buy gold, not having the mentality of having to go from early morning to reserve a spot.

"Now that domestic gold prices are high and the quantity sold is limited, I go shopping with a comfortable mentality, buying when I have goods" - Ms. Huyen said.
Many other gold and silver business streets such as An Duong Vuong, Le Thanh Ton... the atmosphere is also not too bustling. The number of customers waiting for the store to open is quite scattered, there is no jostling situation.
At Bao Tin Manh Hai store (Cau Ong Lanh ward), the preparation for opening sales on the God of Wealth Day was deployed early. However, the number of customers waiting to buy was only modest, and no crowded scenes appeared. Similarly, at another branch in Ban Co ward, the number of customers waiting for transactions was not too large.
For many people, the mentality of "buying gold for good luck" is still present, but no longer creates great pressure on stores like in previous years. Many people choose to stop to buy at a more flexible time frame, instead of focusing on early morning.
