In those moments, many young people realize that Tet is not just about going home or staying, but also the time to clean up themselves.
For many young people, Tet is no longer the pressure of "having to go home" or "having to be full", but a journey to learn how to put aside worries, clean up stress and give yourself the right to feel lighter after a year of many upheavals. When the mind is rested, everyone is cooled off to welcome spring, Tet truly begins.
Return or stay: Every choice has its own pressure
As Tet approaches, the question "are you going home this year?" becomes a concern for many young people far from home. Airports and bus stations become more crowded every day. Spring flower gardens begin to show off their colors. The Tet atmosphere creeps through the streets, but the emotions are very different.
Some people are eager to return to their hometown to reunite. Some people choose to stay in the city to earn a living. Some people also celebrate Tet in a new way: "sum vay online" through the phone screen. No matter what choice, the common point of many people is the desire to put aside the pressure of the old year, cool off and welcome spring so that Tet is not heavy.

After a year of economic fluctuations, with many workers, unstable jobs, and erratic incomes, Tet is no longer a shopping or decorating race. Instead, many people choose to clean their houses, and clean up their minds.
When "cleaning the house to welcome Tet", it is also time to clean up emotions.
For Phuong Linh, the production team leader at an industrial park in Binh Duong, this Tet is the Tet of returning after many years of missing appointments. After Tet seasons of overtime, Tet away from home for livelihood, she decided to bring her husband and children back to her hometown of Hung Yen.
I want to take my child to the Tet market, so that my child can feel the Tet atmosphere in the countryside. I personally prepare a five-fruit tray, prepare a few boxes of non-modified green tea from natural tea leaves with EGCG so that the whole family can relieve the fatigue and stress of the old year," she shared.

For Linh, making amends is not a big deal, just to slow down after too many hasty Tet seasons. That is the feeling of returning, cooling down to welcome spring so that Tet is truly Tet.
In the opposite direction, Mr. Tuan (9X, from Thanh Hoa) chose to stay in Ho Chi Minh City to "work for Tet". Having worked in real estate business, he switched to shippers at the end of the year to earn extra income.
The new job is more tiring than I thought. But when I'm tired, I drink a bottle of unsaturated green tea to relax or share a bottle of cool water with colleagues and then try to continue. Hopefully in the new year, everything will be better," he said.
Not returning home for Tet, but still needing to lighten up
Many young people choose to stay in the city because of economic conditions. Tran Khanh Hung, a worker from Nghe An province, decided to celebrate Tet in Dong Nai. During his break, while enjoying the delicious flavor of a bottle of Green Tea without blending from natural green tea leaves with EGCG, he called a video to his parents.
Telling my parents early this year not to come home helps me feel lighter. Less worried, less guilty. When cleaning up, to make my heart lighter and share my feelings with my loved ones, I also feel less stressed," Hung shared.

For many people, making amends is learning to face reality, instead of letting year-end remorse make themselves more tired.
Tet is simpler, but more fulfilling
Whether returning or staying, directly reuniting or reuniting through the screen, many young people are choosing a simpler Tet for themselves. Not shopping massively, not placing emphasis on form, but prioritizing peace of mind.
Pham Quang Kha, a construction engineer from Lam Dong, sees Tet as an opportunity to clean up the house after family upheavals, and also a time to clean up emotions. “Houses need to be neat to welcome Tet, so my heart also needs to clean up sadness. When tired, drinking a bottle of non-fermented green tea to reduce stress, sharing a bottle of water with my family and preparing a year-end meal together, so I see Tet coming very close,” Kha said.
For many young people, Tet is not about a high table full of feasts, but about the feeling of living slowly, being with loved ones, and letting go of the pressures that have followed them throughout the year.
Clear your heart to make the new year lighter

In the last days of the year, when the old year gradually closes, many people choose to "clean up their minds" as a way to expel the old and the new. Clear up stress and fatigue; maintain faith, kindness and hope.
After all, Tet is not measured by the distance traveled or the number of dishes bought, but by whether one's heart is lighter or not. When you cool down to welcome spring and share the delicious taste of a bottle of non-fermented green tea from natural green tea leaves with EGCG with loved ones to relieve the stress and fatigue of the old year, everyone can step into the new year in a calmer and happier way, no matter where they are.
It's a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit.
