On December 26, the Head of Market Management Team (QLTT) No. 4, Ninh Binh Provincial Market Management Sub-Department issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against business household P.H.L (address Yen Mo commune, Ninh Binh province) with a total administrative fine of 32.5 million VND. At the same time, functional forces confiscated exhibits of violations worth 74 million VND.
Accordingly, the decision to sanction administrative violations for acts of trading in goods of unknown origin and trading in smuggled goods.
Previously, Market Management Team No. 4 conducted a surprise inspection of business household P.H.L. Through inspection, the inspection team discovered that business household P.H.L was trading 75 pairs of 2- strap plastic flip-flops of all kinds, 100 pairs of smooth-nosed plastic tongs of all kinds, 300 pairs of tongs of all kinds are goods of unknown origin. Besides, there are also 50 pairs of flip-flops of all kinds, 100 pairs of sandals of all kinds, 150 pairs of flip-flops of all kinds are smuggled goods.
In the coming time, Market Management Team No. 4 will continue to strengthen market inspection and control, focusing on essential goods to serve people's consumption needs during Tet. Thereby, promptly detect, prevent and strictly handle acts of smuggling, trade fraud, trading in goods of unknown origin, unsafe food in the managed area.
