Chairwoman of the State Securities Commission (SSC) Vu Thi Chan Phuong chaired the Conference. Attending the Conference were SSC Vice Chairman Bui Hoang Hai, Deputy Secretary of the SSC Party Committee Nguyen Trong Thanh, representatives of the Trade Union, the Youth Union of the SSC, the Personnel Department, representatives of the leadership of several units under the SSC, and the collective leadership and civil servants of the Securities Business Management Department, Office.
At the Conference, on behalf of the SSC leadership, Chairwoman Vu Thi Chan Phuong handed over Decision No. 836/QD-UBCK dated 25.7.2024 on the transfer and appointment of Ms. Le Thi Viet Nga - Chief of the SSC Office to hold the position of Head of the Securities Business Management Department; and Decision No. 838/QD-UBCK dated 25.7.2024 on assigning Mr. Do Anh Vu - Deputy Chief of the SSC Office to be in charge of the SSC Office. The decisions take effect from 25.7.2024.
In her assignment speech, Chairwoman of the SSC Vu Thi Chan Phuong congratulated and stated that the appointment of the two officials to new important positions in the units is part of the transfer, rotation, and appointment policy approved by the Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance. The transfer and appointment of officials are carried out with the spirit of selecting officials with professional competence, a sense of responsibility, and good moral qualities; ensuring suitability with the individual's work strengths and the organization's needs.
The Chairwoman of the SSC hopes that Ms. Le Thi Viet Nga and Mr. Do Anh Vu, in their new positions, will continue to promote the achievements of the units. At the same time, continue to strengthen internal solidarity, promote innovation in the unit's activities to effectively perform the assigned functions and tasks.
In her acceptance speech, on behalf of the appointed and assigned leaders, Ms. Le Thi Viet Nga expressed her deep gratitude for the trust of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance, the Party Committee, and the SSC Leadership. At the same time, Ms. Le Thi Viet Nga promised to strive harder, promote the unit's traditions, be dedicated and committed in her work, and unite with the collective leadership and civil servants of the two units to strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
The new Head of the Securities Business Management Department also hopes to continue receiving close guidance from the SSC leadership, the unity and solidarity of the collective leadership and civil servants at the two units, and effective coordination from other units within the SSC in her new position.
