Nghe An - Cong Dung Hoa Joint Stock Company was fined VND 50 million for not complying with the decision to suspend operations according to regulations on fire prevention and fighting.

On August 9, information from Nghe An Provincial People's Committee said that it had just issued Decision No. 73/QD-XPHC to administratively sanction Cong Dung Hoa Joint Stock Company (located in Area C, Nam Cam Industrial Park, Trung Loc Commune) for administrative violations. The decision was signed by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An.

According to the records, this company did not comply with Decision No. 2986/QDDC-PC07 issued by the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department - Provincial Police on October 20, 2024. The violation is determined according to Point b, Clause 4, Article 10 of Decree 106/2025/ND-CP and the provisions of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations.

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee applied the main form of penalty, which is a fine of 50 million VND. No aggravating or mitigating circumstances or remedial measures will be applied.

The decision clearly states that Cong Dung Hoa Joint Stock Company must pay the full fine to the State Treasury within 10 days from receipt of the decision. In case of non-voluntary compliance, enforcement will be enforced. The enterprise has the right to complain or file a lawsuit according to the provisions of law.
