
The agreements open up comprehensive cooperation orientation between Vietnam and India in the fields of aviation, logistics, infrastructure, technology and tourism services; and contribute to promoting economic, trade and people-to-people exchanges between the two countries in the new development stage.

According to the cooperation content, Vietjet and GMR Airports Limited will research and develop flight networks, airport infrastructure, logistics, aviation services, smart airports and long-term investment opportunities. Meanwhile, cooperation with Bird Group focuses on ground services, training, aviation technology, tourism and accommodation to provide quality services and passenger experiences.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Dinh Viet Phuong, First Vice President of Vietjet Airlines, said: "Vietnam and India are both entering a period of strong growth with many strategic cooperation opportunities. Vietjet believes that Indian partners will effectively cooperate with us to develop new connecting corridors in aviation, trade, technology and investment, contributing to the dynamic development of the Asia-Pacific region.

In recent years, Vietjet has been a pioneer airline connecting Vietnam with the country of 1.4 billion people, developing a widespread flight network to economic, cultural and tourist centers of India such as New Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The airline currently operates 25 routes with about 80 flights per week, serving more than 2.5 million passengers between the two countries.

Through strategic cooperation in India, Vietjet continues to be a cultural and trade bridge, connecting growth and economic cooperation between Vietnam and South Asia, while contributing to enhancing Vietnam's position in the continental and global skies.
