Vinamilk impressed at Thaifex - Asia's Leading F&B International Fair

Asia's leading F&B Fair, Thaifex Anuga Asia 2025, will take place from May 27 to May 31, gathering more than 90,000 visitors and more than 3,000 businesses from all over the world. Vietnam has 170 participating enterprises, notably Vinamilk, the most valuable Vietnamese food brand in Southeast Asia, which has attended this international fair for nearly 20 years.

Vietnamese brands are increasingly improving their position in the region

Thaifex Anuga Asia 2025 is a famous food industry fair not only in Southeast Asia, but has expanded internationally, attracting more than 90,000 visitors from more than 130 Countries, gathering leading F&B enterprises from the Asia - Pacific region, Europe, North America and the Middle East.

This year, Thaifex has the participation of more than 3,100 companies from more than 50 countries and territories, along with more than 2,000 leading buyers in the world. Vietnam has a record participation with more than 170 enterprises from many fields such as seafood, beverages, processed foods, fruits and agricultural products, coffee, rice, cashew, ... Notably, there are large enterprises such as Vinamilk, known as the most valuable food brand in the ASEAN region (according to Brand Finance, 2023) and ranked 6th globally in the dairy industry, in terms of brand value.

Notably, although compared to famous agricultural products of Vietnam, milk is not a strong product of Vietnam in particular and Southeast Asian countries in general, the appearance of Vinamilk still attracts a lot of attention from customers and large partners.

Sharing more about the process of participating in trade promotion at this fair, Mr. Vo Trung Hieu, International Sales Manager, Vinamilk representative said: “Themiflex is one of the international fairs that Vinamilk has participated in the first stages of export. In the beginning, Vinamilk came here to promote brands, learn partners from Asian areas and some potential markets. of Southeast Asia, and dairy products have not been noticed as it is now. Thanks to the persistence of branding and partnerships, Vinamilk is now a familiar name of the event and Thaifex is one of the key activities that we have recorded the effectiveness in the development of the export market during the past time. ”

According to Jeffrey Chung (CEO of Vinamilk's business partner company in Asia): The company has imported and distributed a variety of products of Vinamilk in Taiwan for nearly 10 years. We know, there is an impression of Vinamilk via thaifex many years ago and from there has learned and has long -term cooperation with businesses. Vinamilk meets our requirements very well in product quality, meeting high standards of internationally and grasping the needs and taste of the distribution market; Good service and price. In the near future, besides fresh milk products, condensed milk, we are also interested in new products of Vinamilk.

In addition to the goal of promoting trade, with a large scale and increasingly large role, Thaifex is also a place to introduce technologies, processing solutions, raw materials, ... for the food and beverage industry. It is known that recently, Vinamilk has participated in Thaifex to learn about suppliers from developed countries in the dairy industry to serve its R&D and production needs.

Export activities have been strongly promoted by Vinamilk in recent years, not only contributing positively to the company's revenue but also building a brand in the international market. Thereby, promoting the Vietnamese food and milk brand to the world, when Vinamilk is a brand known by many international customers as a typical representative of Vietnam, with 16 consecutive years as a National Brand.

Affirming its position as a leading milk producer, Vinamilk has brought many newly launched products, with many breakthroughs in technology, applied nutritional science and achieved strict certification, prestigious international standards such as exceeding more than 400 safety and transparency criteria of Clean Label Project (US), 200 criteria of Monde Selection ( Belgium). Outstanding are Green Farm pasteurized fresh milk, 9-seed nut milk, high-protein nut milk, 9-seed yogurt, coconut water... In addition, there are still products that have achieved the National Brand that have made the name of the enterprise such as Ong Tho and Southern Star Milk, Probi...

According to Mr. Tran Phu Lu - Director of the Ho Chi Minh City International Trade Center (ITPC): "The presence of large, leading enterprises at international trade fairs both affirms its position as a Vietnamese National Brand and creates motivation, connects and promotes small and medium enterprises".

In the first quarter of 2025, net export revenue reached 1,620 billion dong, a strong growth of 24.9% over the same period, contributing to helping foreign market revenue for the first time accounting for over 20% of Vinamilk's total revenue (23%). This is also the 7th consecutive quarter of Vinamilk's export revenue growth, in the context of many international business challenges. Notably, in early 2025, Vinamilk had two more new export markets, bringing the total number of accumulated export markets to 65, continuing to bring Vietnam's billion -dollar brand not only further but also confirming the quality in the global dairy market.
