The entire management system still sells fake drugs in hospitals
On the morning of June 17, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the socio-economic development plan, the state budget, the practice of thrift, combating waste in 2024 and many other important contents.
Delegate Le Huu Tri (Khanh Hoa Delegation) proposed to completely resolve barriers to the private economy, especially barriers to administrative procedures and the request-grant mechanism to reduce unofficial costs and legal risks.
Because currently, people and businesses are facing many major barriers, especially administrative procedures, the request-grant mechanism, setting many conditions for management... that have existed in the legal corridor of our country's legal system.
The delegate said that these conditions are a good land for bullying and negativity, increasing informal costs, distorting the business environment, and losing transparency and fairness.
According to the delegate, many issues, although there are a complete and clear legal corridor, when the civil servant has incorrect, incomplete awareness and is afraid of responsibility, the affairs of the people and businesses will not be resolved.
This is a major bottleneck in the current period, causing difficulties for people and businesses.
Another issue raised by delegates is the need to urgently remove obstacles for more than 1,500 projects outside the state budget that are being "shelved". The restart not only unblock capital flows but also avoids wasting national resources and improves the investment environment, creates jobs, and increases budget revenue.
The delegate also suggested that there should be a strict legal framework to handle and publicize information so that people know about boycotting counterfeit goods, counterfeit goods, especially fake drugs and dirty food.
"We have a comprehensive legal management system in all areas, we have many social management forces from the border, border gates, and in residential areas, but hundreds of tons of fake medicine, fake functional foods, fake food and drinks are still produced, circulated, traded and sold in pharmacies and businesses legally and present right in hospitals and schools," the delegate stated the reality.
The delegate suggested the need to quickly change social governance methods to be more effective, not allowing these types of crimes to have an environment to survive and develop.
There needs to be qualifications, detections and strict handling of law enforcement officers who have covered up and condoned crimes.

Victims of counterfeit goods, just "resist" but have not seen "buy"
Meanwhile, delegate Nguyen Hoang Bao Tran (Binh Duong delegation) emphasized that combating counterfeit goods and trade fraud is a vital requirement of the economy. In reality, we have done it but not strong enough, not thorough enough. Currently, only seeing "the water" but not seeing "the building".
The existence of counterfeit and fake goods is due to consumers' concern for brand reputation, so many establishments have borrowed the reputation of others to put on famous brands to easily sell.
Building a brand needs to go hand in hand with state communication about consumer products, tighten advertising content, especially the group of products that directly affect health... so that people are not manipulated by false advertising, appropriate consumer orientation for people.
