On September 17, the Market Management Department of Ninh Binh province informed that Market Management Team No. 9 had just conducted a surprise inspection and handled 2 liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) business households in Lien Minh and Hien Khanh communes (Ninh Binh province) violating the LPG business.
After a period of monitoring, through professional measures, combined with reports on 2 LPG business households in Lien Minh and Hien Khanh communes, there were signs of violating regulations on LPG business at the LPG bottle retail store.
Immediately afterwards, Market Management Team No. 9, Market Management Department of Ninh Binh province conducted a surprise inspection and handled 2 business households with a total fine of more than 41 million VND for administrative violations: Not organizing training or hiring a safety training organization for employees at LPG bottle retail store according to regulations; using managers and staff working at LPG bottle retail store who are not trained in safety techniques; not hanging signs or symbols of LPG traders signing LPG bottle sales contracts with the store; no tracking book or electronic database applying information technology to monitor LPG bottles for LPG bottles sold at LPG bottle retail store.
The above business households have strictly implemented the decision to sanction administrative violations of Market Management Team No. 9.
