The Traffic Police force of Ninh Binh Provincial Police has just made a record to fine driver H.V. H for the violation in the level crossing area intersecting with the railway (Km 122+550, North-South railway line) in Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province.
Accordingly, driver H.V. H driving the vehicle committed the act of driving the vehicle across the level crossing when there was a warning signal, failing to comply with railway traffic safety regulations, posing a potential risk of particularly serious accidents.
