During the verification process, on March 17, the police agency invited driver D. C. B (born in 1997, residing in Dong Van ward, Ninh Binh province) who was driving car license plate 90A-233. xx to the headquarters to work.
At the meeting, the driver admitted that at 7:36 am on March 13, at Km80+300 National Highway 38 in Dong Van ward, Ninh Binh province, he drove the vehicle to perform the act of U-turning at a place with a no-turning sign for the type of vehicle he was driving.
Based on legal regulations, Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 made a record of administrative violation against the driver for the above act. According to regulations, driver D. C. B's act was fined from 2,000,000 VND to 3,000,000 VND.
