Swerving on the road, driver in Ninh Binh fined up to 50 million VND

Ninh Binh - Driver fined up to 50 million VND, license revoked for nearly 1 year for swerving and zigzagging on the road after being reflected by people via Zalo.

From people's feedback via Zalo of the Traffic Police Department, the Ninh Binh Traffic Police force has verified and clarified the incident and strictly handled violations.

Previously, at about 7:30 am on March 28, on Provincial Road 489 (Giao Thuy commune, Ninh Binh province), N.T. H (born in 1978, residing in Ninh Binh) driving a vehicle with license plate 18A-339XX had violations of swerving and zigzagging on the road.

Based on legal regulations, the Traffic Police force made a record of administrative violation against the driver for the above act. According to regulations, the above act is fined 40,000,000 - 50,000,000 VND, the additional penalty form is revocation of the driver's license for 11 months.
