On May 8, the Trade Union of Risen Food Vietnam Co., Ltd. coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize the "Trade Union Meal" program for union members and workers. This is a practical activity to show gratitude for workers' contributions to the development of the enterprise.
At the program, 100 workers of the company enjoyed a special lunch together in a joyful and united atmosphere. Each meal in the "Trade Union Meal" is worth 75,000 VND, an increase of 50,000 VND compared to normal meals. With an improved quality menu, ensuring nutrition and food safety and hygiene, the meal brought great excitement to the collective of workers after hours of hard work.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation highly appreciated the proactiveness of the grassroots Trade Union and the creation of conditions from the Board of Directors of Risen Food Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The organization of "Trade Union Meals" is not only simply to improve the quality of meals, but also an opportunity for business leaders, trade union organizations and employees to sit down together, share and understand each other better. Thereby, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, helping employees feel secure and attached to the business for a long time," Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc emphasized.
The "Trade Union Meal" program is one of the key activities in the Workers' Month, affirming the companion role of the Trade Union organization in caring for the material and spiritual life of workers, contributing to regenerating labor and improving productivity and quality of products for businesses.
Also on this occasion, in order to encourage the spirit of production emulation, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation directly visited and presented 13 meaningful gifts to typical union members and workers and those in difficult circumstances working at the company.
