In order to continue to provide knowledge and update new regulations on trade union financial management, at Facility III (Tang Tien Ward), the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) organized a training course on trade union financial work in 2025. This is a practical activity to improve the capacity of accounting staff at grassroots trade unions, contributing to transparent and effective management of trade union finances.
The training course is organized according to Plan No. 16/KH-LDLD dated August 12, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, with the specific goal of updating the latest regulations of the State and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on management and use of trade union finance and assets.
Participating in conveying the contents at the conference was Dr. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Also attending were comrade Le Duc Tho - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor and comrade Ngo Duc Kien - Deputy Head of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Trade Union Working Committee. In particular, the conference also had the participation of many comrades who are Chairmen and Accountants of grassroots trade unions with 500 or more union members under the Provincial Federation of Labor.
This is not only a place to absorb knowledge but also a forum for accountants to share practical experiences, remove difficulties and problems arising in the process of performing tasks at the facility.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Le Duc Tho - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, emphasized the importance of managing trade union finances in accordance with regulations, because this is an important resource to care for union members and workers. He requested that the participating officials focus on receiving, exchanging and discussing to grasp the professional skills, effectively apply them to practical work at the grassroots level, ensuring correct, sufficient, timely and public collection and expenditure.
This training course is considered an important step in improving the professional skills of financial work and trade union assets, contributing to building an increasingly strong and effective trade union organization, for the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
