In order to equip knowledge and update new regulations, on September 18 and 19, 2025, the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor (BFF) will organize a training course on trade union financial work in 2025. This is a practical activity to improve the capacity of accounting staff at grassroots trade unions, contributing to transparent and effective management of trade union finances.
The training conference was organized according to Plan No. 16/KH-LDLD dated August 12, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, with the specific goal of updating new regulations of the State and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on management and use of trade union finance and assets. At the same time, the conference is also a forum for accounting officers to share practical experiences and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of performing tasks at the grassroots level.
Attending and directly conveying the contents were Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan - Deputy Head of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor's Trade Union Work Committee; Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Mr. Ngo Duc Kien - Deputy Head of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Trade Union Work Committee. The conference also had the participation of many chairmen and accountants of grassroots trade unions with 500 or more union members under the Provincial Federation of Labor.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized the importance of managing trade union finances in accordance with regulations. Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung requested the participating officials to focus on receiving, exchanging and discussing to grasp the professional skills, effectively apply them to practical work at the grassroots level, ensuring correct, sufficient, timely and public collection and expenditure.
The training conference is considered an important step in improving the professional work of union finance and assets, contributing to building an increasingly strong and effective union organization, for the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
