At the conference, Vice President of Can Tho City Labor Federation Doan Van Dung presented and shared contents related to the difficulties and limitations in the current propaganda and mobilization work of the Trade Union organization.
Along with that are the orientations of the Party and the General Confederation related to propaganda and mobilization work as well as some solutions to innovate propaganda and mobilization work of the Trade Union organization.
Through the conference, female union officials in the health sector were equipped with knowledge of Propaganda - Women's work to master the methods and content of activities. From there, they can effectively perform the role of supervising and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of female civil servants, public employees and workers in the health sector; be a bridge between workers and employers, creating a harmonious relationship, long-term attachment with the unit.
On this occasion, the Health Sector Trade Union also met to review the glorious tradition of Vietnamese women on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2024) and the 14th anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20, 2010 - October 20, 2024). Thereby, promoting the role and position of women in the cause of protecting, building and developing the country; strengthening solidarity, exchanging, sharing experiences and raising awareness of women's work in the new situation.
