Implementing the goal of developing union members and building a strong Trade Union organization, right in January 2026, the Trade Union of Hoa Cuong ward, Da Nang successfully mobilized 4 businesses in the area to join the organization.
4 newly established grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) include: Thanh Vinh Global Management JSC: 122 union members; Thanh Vinh Beauty and Smart Living JSC: 75 union members; Signart House Co., Ltd.: 37 union members; DEAI Technology Co., Ltd.: 13 union members.
The continuous establishment of grassroots trade unions right from the beginning of the year has created a vibrant emulation atmosphere, affirming the position of Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union in implementing the goal "Where there are workers, there is a Trade Union organization".
At the announcement ceremony, Ms. Phung Thi Ai Nhan - Chairwoman of Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union congratulated the new union members who officially joined the ranks of the Vietnam Trade Union organization. Emphasizing the role of grassroots trade unions in the new context, Ms. Nhan affirmed: "The presence of trade union organizations in enterprises is a key factor in protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
