On July 20, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Confederation announced that it had organized the third Executive Committee conference, term XI, term 2023-2028.
The conference conducted a preliminary review of Trade Union activities in the first 6 months of the year and deployed tasks and directions for the last 6 months of 2024.
Currently, the Provincial Labor Federation is managing a total of 15 Labor Federations of districts, towns and cities; 6 local industry unions; 1,804 Grassroots Trade Unions with 79,977 union members, an increase of 17 Grassroots Trade Unions compared to the end of 2023.
In the first 6 months of 2024, Trade Unions at all levels in the province have focused on paying attention and protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
As a result, over 34,800 difficult union members were visited, encouraged, and given gifts, with a total implementation cost of over 15 billion VND. The Provincial Trade Union Organization also supported the construction and repair of 70 "Trade Union Warm" houses for union members with difficult housing circumstances with a total support cost of over 3.14 billion VND.
The units also deployed and monitored loan capital to create jobs for union members and workers assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with a capital of nearly 1.1 billion VND.

Affiliated units proactively seek new partners to sign cooperation agreements to bring more and more benefits to trade union members.
