On June 29, Responding to the Action Month for Children and Vietnam Family Day (June 28), and also performing the task of organizing activities of the 2026 Labor Culture House assigned by the Standing Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation, the Provincial Labor Culture House coordinated with the Propaganda and Women's Affairs Committee to organize the 2026 Science Summer Camp.
With the theme "Proud of children of union members and workers - Shining in the summer of 2026", the program is a meaningful gift for students who are children of union members and workers with good academic achievements.
Through this activity, the Trade Union organization wishes to recognize the efforts and will to rise up of the children, and at the same time share the difficulties and hardships of parents who are working day and night at factories and workshops.
The Organizing Committee said that although family conditions are still difficult, the children still constantly strive and achieve many encouraging achievements in studying and training, becoming the pride of their families as well as the Trade Union organization.
Participating in the 2026 Science Summer Camp, students learned about the revolutionary historical traditions of the army and people of Gia Lai province in the two resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism through watching documentaries and visiting the Pleiku Prison historical relic site.
In addition, students also participate in exchange activities, practice life skills, teamwork skills and promote creative thinking through gameshows with many useful experiences.
The 2026 Science Summer Camp not only creates a healthy and useful playground during the summer but also contributes to fostering patriotic traditions, improving skills, and arousing the spirit of learning and comprehensive development for children of union members and workers in the province.
