Receiving Mr. Le Van Thang - Rector of International University (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City) - to become a civil servant and appointed to hold the position of Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Van - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism.
Mr. Nguyen Trong Hao - Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the Council of Pham Ngoc Thach Medical University - was transferred to work at the Department of Health and appointed to hold the position of Director of Hoc Mon Regional General Hospital.
