In order to create a meaningful playground for all officials and employees, and at the same time spread the joyful atmosphere of Binh Ngo Tet and celebrate International Women's Day March 8, 2026, Hung Nhan Garment Co., Ltd. (Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Park, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hung Yen province) in coordination with the Executive Committee of the Trade Union launched a photo contest with the theme "Hung Nhan Moment".
The contest is for all employees working at the company. The time to receive entries is from February 26 to March 6, 2026, in the form of online submission via the link provided by the Organizing Committee.
Each entry includes 1 main photo and a backup photo, recording moments of spring activities, celebrating March 8th, with polite clothes, suitable for the company environment, along with a description of at least 50 words stating the meaning of the photo or sharing feelings about the recorded moment.
With the theme Tet, the content of the photo can reflect the production and working atmosphere in the first days of the year; spring decoration at the line/workshop, campus; year-end moments, Tet gifts, spring opening, lucky money at the beginning of the year; spirit of solidarity, enthusiastic labor.
With the theme 8.3, photos honor female employees through moments of receiving flowers, gifts, participating in activities; showing concern and gratitude to women and the beauty and confidence of female workers at the company.
The scoring method includes 60% of online interaction scores (likes, comments, valid shares) and 40% of scores graded by the Organizing Committee, based on criteria: meaning - message; topicality; creativity; image quality. The Organizing Committee strictly prohibits all forms of fraudulent interaction.
The prize structure includes: Special Prize 1,500,000 VND, 2 First Prizes each 1,000,000 VND, 3 Second Prizes 700,000 VND, 4 Third Prizes 500,000 VND and 6 Consolation Prizes 300,000 VND, with souvenirs. The results will be announced and awarded in the program celebrating International Women's Day March 8, 2026.
