On February 24, Mr. Ho Cong Duong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit will coordinate with the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to organize a program to give gifts to union members and workers returning to work after the Tet holiday.
According to the plan, 50 gifts will be given directly to workers. Of which, 25 gifts will be given at enterprises in Phan Thiet Industrial Park, belonging to Ham Liem Commune Trade Union; the remaining 25 gifts will be given at grassroots trade unions belonging to Lien Huong Commune Trade Union.

Each gift includes 1 million VND in cash and a gift worth more than 300,000 VND. These are cases of union members and workers in difficult circumstances who need timely support and encouragement to stabilize their lives and feel secure at work.
The activity of giving gifts at the beginning of the year not only has the meaning of material support but also contributes to encouraging the spirit of reunion after a long holiday.
The concern of the trade union organization helps workers to have more trust and attachment to businesses, and strive to compete in labor production right from the early days of the year.

Also according to the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, along with this program, trade union levels in the area continue to grasp the employment situation, living standards, salaries, and bonuses of workers after Tet.
Thereby, promptly proposing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members. At the same time, affirming the role of the trade union organization as a reliable support, accompanying workers.
