On the morning of August 21, information from the Labor Federation of Da Lat City said that the grassroots trade union was established this time is Merperle Dalat Branch of Khai Vy Joint Stock Company.
This is an enterprise operating in the restaurant and hotel industry with 5-star standards. This unit will officially go into operation in early 2024, and now has more than 240 employees.
At the launching ceremony, the Labor Union of Da Lat City announced the decision to admit 243 workers into trade union organization. Announcing the decision to establish the Grassroots Trade Union of MerPerle Da Lat Branch of Khai Vy Joint Stock Company.
At the same time announced the decision and invited to launch the Executive Committee of the Merperle Dalat Branch Trade Union of Khai Vy Joint Stock Company including 7 members. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Vi was appointed as Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union.
Mr. Le Duc Tri - Vice Chairman of the grassroots trade union - shared that: “The workers are very excited to join the Union. We believe that the Union and the Company's leaders will take care of jobs and better benefits for workers."
Vice Chairman of the Labor Union of Da Lat City - Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy Duong - said, as soon as Merperle Dalat branch came into operation, this unit surveyed and firmly grasped the number of workers here.
“We soon met and exchanged to lead Khai Vy Joint Stock Company to have consensus and coordinate to support the establishment of trade unions. This is also an advantage to organize talks, issuing a folding sheet of Vietnamese Trade Union to workers, ”Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy Duong Chi shared.
