The conference praising outstanding officers and union members in the 2021 - 2023 period was organized by the Lam Ha District Labor Federation on August 14.
Mr. K'Dung - Chairman of Lam Ha District Labor Confederation said that this conference is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024). This is also an occasion to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024).
According to Mr. K'Dung, the 95 union officials and union members praised this time are exemplary examples. They are shining examples, always at the forefront of patriotic emulation movements. In trade union activities, they are also always innovative, creative, and organize many practical and effective activities.
For example, Ms. Do Thi Nhu Thuy - Chairwoman of Long Dinh Co., Ltd.'s Grassroots Trade Union always achieves high productivity, ranking at the top of the Company. With union work, Ms. Thuy is always close, understanding and sharing with union members and workers.
“Ms. Thuy and the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee negotiated and signed a collective labor agreement that achieved many good policies for workers. Especially benefits, bonuses, health checks, sightseeing, travel...", Mr. K'Dung emphasized.
Or with Ms. Pang Ting Xuyen - Member of the Grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee of BEJO Vietnam Co., Ltd., who is always at the forefront of all union movements. In cultural, sports, and collective activities, Ms. Xuyen devoted herself to the common movement.
As for union member Vu Tien Thanh - Phi To Secondary School's grassroots union, for many years in a row, he has been an excellent teacher at all levels. In his profession, teacher Thanh always helps his colleagues improve. Trade union activities are also always actively involved; Trusted by union members, teachers in the school, and respected by students...
“These are people who inspire union members and grassroots workers. They have made great contributions to the movement, activities and building of the Trade Union organization" - Mr. K'Dung further affirmed.
