On the afternoon of November 10, in Thuong Bang La commune, Lao Cai province, the Trade Union of Phu Tai Food Company Limited held the 1st Grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
The event marked a new step in the development of the Trade Union organization in enterprises, aiming to build a strong organization, protect the rights of employees and contribute to the sustainable development of the company.

The Congress was attended by Mr. Hoang Quan Doan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Thuong Bang La Commune; Ms. Vuong Thi Anh - Member of the Executive Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, Chairwoman of Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union; along with the company's leaders and all 52 union members.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Vuong Thi Anh acknowledged the efforts of the Provisional Executive Committee in building a Trade Union organization from the very beginning of its establishment.
She suggested that the Company's Trade Union continue to pay attention to the lives and jobs of union members; promote propaganda and political and ideological education; and closely coordinate with the Board of Directors to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

The Congress approved a summary report on past activities, setting out directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 period; discussing many solutions to improve the effectiveness of the workers' movement and trade union activities.
At the same time, the Congress also elected an Executive Committee of 3 people: 1 Chairman, 1 Vice Chairman and 1 Member.
The Congress ended in an atmosphere of solidarity and unity, demonstrating the determination to build the Phu Tai Food Company Limited Trade Union to become increasingly strong, contributing to promoting the common development of the enterprise and the lives of workers.
