At the conference, collaborators listened to a preliminary report on the activities of the Provincial Federation of Labor in the first 6 months of the year and the direction and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the team of social housing officers of the Provincial Federation of Labor has been active and effective, contributing to improving the effectiveness of grasping social housing. In many diverse and flexible forms, the CTVs have promoted a sense of responsibility, learned and grasped public information at their units and localities. At the same time, promptly reflect the thoughts, aspirations, and recommendations of cadres, union members, and workers to the Provincial Federation of Labor to synthesize and report to competent authorities.
Accordingly, there were over 100 reflections focusing on hot issues such as: salary and bonus regime, work cut after Tet, late payment of social insurance in some enterprises, worries of employees about information about restructuring production, merging or converting investors...
The conference also received 15 opinions from representatives on the situation of labor recruitment, life, employment, labor relations, welfare policy issues, worker security... for workers at enterprises.
