Bamboo Capital Group Joint Stock Company (BCG) has just announced that Mr. Pham Minh Tuan has resigned from the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors to focus on managing BCG Energy Joint Stock Company - a member unit in charge of the renewable energy sector.

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan is one of the key personnel, who has played a role in planning and implementing Bamboo Capital's business strategy over the years, especially leaving a clear mark in the energy sector. After stepping out from the senior leadership position at the parent company, Mr. Tuan will take on the role of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director at BCG Energy.

Bamboo Capital's Board of Directors said that BCG Energy has a breakthrough opportunity when a series of policies to support clean energy development have been issued recently, including the implementation of the Adjusted Power Plan VIII, the direct power purchase and sale policy (DPPA) and the development of rooftop solar power in the direction of self-production and self-consumption.

At the same time, Bamboo Capital also carried out personnel changes in many key positions in the executive board. Mr. Hoang Trung Thanh, born in 1980, was appointed Deputy General Director. Mr. Thanh has a doctorate in business administration majoring in finance, a master's degree in applied financial engineering and international business administration, and a bachelor's degree in foreign economic relations. He will support the operation of member companies, focusing on restructuring the operating system, finance, projects and international relations.

The Group also appointed Mr. Duong Thanh Tin, born in 1995, as the company's governor. Mr. Tin has a bachelor's degree in finance - banking and will support the organization of the Board of Directors' activities.

Previously, Bamboo Capital continuously had major fluctuations at the leadership level. In March, Mr. Tan Bo Quan Andy was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Kou Kok Yiow (Chris) - his predecessor who suddenly passed away. At the same time, two other members of the Board of Directors also withdrew from the operating apparatus for personal reasons. By mid-May, the enterprise continued to change the position of General Director.

In the most recent announcement, Bamboo Capital affirmed to continue controlling and orienting strategy at core companies in the ecosystem through receiving voting authorization from shareholders at Tracodi (TCD) and BCG Energy.

Established in 2011, Bamboo Capital is currently a multi-industry corporation with extensive activities in the fields of real estate, construction - infrastructure, renewable energy, transportation and pharmaceuticals. In particular, BCG Energy is implementing a series of wind power and solar power projects in Long An, Binh Dinh, Ca Mau, Tra Vinh, Gia Lai... with a total capacity of about 600 MW.

In the real estate sector, BCG Land is developing resort projects in Hoi An and Quy Nhon, while Tracodi operates in the construction - transportation sector, and Tipharco is a pharmaceutical enterprise with the predecessor, Tien Giang Pharmaceutical Company, established in 1976,
