On December 29, the Nam Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) held a conference to summarize social opinion work among workers in 2024.
According to statistics, in 2024, there were nearly 200 opinions reflecting public opinion among employees. Accordingly, all opinions honestly and objectively reflecting outstanding issues at the workplace related to work life, salary, bonus; welfare regime; salary policy; social insurance; health insurance to working conditions, labor relations were promptly reflected by the team of social opinion collaborators of the Provincial Federation of Labor (collaborators).
At the conference, collaborators heard a summary report on collaborator activities in 2024; directions for amending and supplementing a number of contents in the Regulations on the activities of social opinion collaborators, term 2023 - 2028. In addition, collaborators reported on public opinion on the situation of life, employment, labor relations, welfare policies, salaries, and Tet bonuses for employees at enterprises; proposals and recommendations of employees.
Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the Nam Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor Vu Quang Huy requested collaborators to grasp more promptly the thoughts, aspirations, concerns and worries of employees to aim at the goal of building a harmonious, stable and progressive labor relationship in the enterprise.
