The logistics warehouse project of VILACONIC Joint Stock Company is located in Nghi Thu ward, Cua Lo town with an investment of 64 billion VND, starting in April 2023.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Duyen - Deputy General Director of VILACONIC Joint Stock Company, the enterprise currently has more than 500 employees. In 2023, the average income of workers will reach 14.5 million VND. In the first 6 months of 2024, the average income of workers will increase to 15.2 million VND. In the coming time, the unit is striving to increase workers' income to 16 million VND/person/month.
Every year, the company always ensures welfare benefits for workers, in which, shift allowance is 28 thousand VND/person/day, and gasoline cost for workers is 20 thousand VND/day. Besides, the company also pays full insurance for all company employees.
