
The program is organized in the atmosphere of the whole country competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, with the goal of practically caring for the material and spiritual life of union members, especially workers in difficult circumstances, in the spirit of "All union members and workers have Tet".
Attending the program were representatives of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Phu ward, representatives of grassroots trade unions, businesses and more than 250 union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers working at agencies, units, and businesses in the area.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Tran Le Thi - Chairwoman of Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union said that 2025 is the first year that the Ward Trade Union operates under the two-level government model, in the context of many difficulties and challenges. However, the spirit of solidarity and Trade Union affection is always put first.
Understanding the hardships and worries of workers when Tet comes, spring returns, the Executive Committee of the Ward Trade Union is always concerned about how to make each union member have a warmer Tet. We determine that no union member or worker will be left behind. With the joint efforts of all levels, sectors, businesses and kind hearts, today's program is the result of that spirit of sharing, responsibility and humanity," Ms. Thi emphasized.

According to Ms. Tran Le Thi, although the material value of the gifts is not too large, they are a sending of feelings and concern from the Trade Union organization, the Party, local authorities and the business community, with the desire to add faith and motivation for workers to feel secure in sticking together and striving to work and produce in the new year.
At the Tet Sum vay program, Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union presented 105 Tet gifts, each gift including 1 million VND in cash and a gift worth 300,000 VND to union members in difficult circumstances.
At the same time, Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital awarded 105 health care vouchers, each voucher worth 1.3 million VND, for union members or relatives when coming for treatment at the hospital. The total value of resources for care during this occasion is more than 280 million VND.

In addition to giving gifts, the program also includes spring celebration art performances, folk games, and lucky draw activities with many practical gifts, creating a joyful atmosphere, connecting union members and workers in the days leading up to Tet.
