At the conference, delegates reviewed the 97-year tradition of building and developing the Vietnam Trade Union; watched videos promoting the Resolution of the XIV Vietnam Trade Union Congress; assessed the results of trade union activities in the first 6 months of the year and deployed tasks for the last 6 months of 2026.
Accordingly, the Ky Son Ward Trade Union continues to focus on developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions; introducing outstanding union members to the Party for consideration and admission; improving the quality of the team of trade union officials.
Strengthen negotiation, signing and implementation of collective labor agreements; care for the lives, protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; launch emulation movements and build agencies and units that meet cultural standards.
The highlight of the conference was the announcement of the decision to establish 3 new grassroots trade unions with a total of 205 union members, including the grassroots trade union of Minh Son Co., Ltd.; the grassroots trade union of Hanoi General Import-Export Joint Stock Company Branch in Hoa Binh; and the grassroots trade union of Hoa Binh - Xuan Mai Clean Water Co., Ltd.
On this occasion, the Ky Son Ward Trade Union commended and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities.
In which, the grassroots Trade Union of Viet Anh One Member Limited Liability Company was awarded the Emulation Flag of the Provincial Labor Federation; 1 individual received a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 4 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Labor Federation.
